You have been an Expedibox subscriber for some time now and you have already received pick-up notifications from us. Unfortunately, this time you received a delivery confirmation from a carrier, but no notification from us.


Here are a few things to check before contacting us:

1. Take the time to read the delivery notification received from the delivery company to confirm that the delivery is complete and not just in progress.

2. Check your email inbox to make sure that our email has not gone into your “junk mail / spam” folder.

3. If you live with someone else, check with them to see if they have received a code or picked up a package recently. 


If these steps do not solve your issue, we encourage you to contact us by opening a ticket.
