The solution is quite simple. When a delivery person has a parcel for you, they go to the Expedibox locker, press on the “Drop a parcel” button, choose the recipient, and select the door size to reserve. A door will open automatically. Once the delivery is completed, you will then automatically receive a 6-digit retrieval code by email or text message.

You must then go to the Expedibox locker, enter the retrieval code on the left side of the screen (on the numeric keypad) and press the “Go” button. The door will open automatically.
