The screen is black. I can’t use the locker.

There are two possible reasons for this.


1. There may have been a power failure in the building or on the wall where the Expedibox lockers are connected. If this is the case, please inform your building manager so that they can fix the issue.

2. There may be an electronic issue. Please contact us by creating a ticket so that we can solve the issue remotely.
