Despite our agreements with delivery partners, it is possible that some delivery drivers may be negligent. Two actions can improve this situation.


1. Make a complaint to the delivery company of the delivery person concerned, who will take action to remedy the situation.

2. Take pictures of the shipping labels of the parcels concerned and send them to support@expedibox.com mentioning your address and the issue of the parcels left on the ground.


Expedibox has partnerships with several large delivery companies. Thanks to the photos of the delivery labels, we will be able to follow up with the managers concerned and they will be able to ensure that the situation is corrected.
