I entered my code on the screen, but the locker I entered has an error message “Cannot connect”.

This means that the locker is having internet connectivity issues. This is usually resolved within a few minutes. Come back in an hour and there is an excellent chance that the problem will be resolved. If not, please let us know by calling us or creating a Ticket.
