I entered my code, heard a noise, but no door opened.

You entered your 6-digit code sent by Expedibox and it was valid. You then heard a “Click”, but no door opened. This can happen if the package you are sending is jamming the door or if the lock has an issue.

An Expedibox representative will assist you. They will first try to give you a new retrieval code, and if that is not enough, they will try to pry the locker open.
